PROCESS: The dough is processed by hand. It helps maintaining all its organoleptic characteristics increasing the flavor and the fragrance of the result.
CONSERVATION: All the products are preserved in MAP (Modified Atmosphere Packaging) the internal atmosphere of the package is replaced with a mixture of gases. This procedure allows extending the shelf life of the product to 40 days.
