Tradition:

PASQUALE D’AURIA: Born and raised in Naples, began learning the art of pizza since the tender age of 12. It first started as a necessity that immediately turns into a real passion.

After so many years of activity and the opening of two pizzerias in the Capital, he is now working in the production unit management of That’s Pizza. He keeps on teaching and transmitting his know-how to the new generations of Maestri Pizzaioli.

He is constantly pushing himself to the limit, seeking perfection through the careful selection of raw materials and the most efficient and innovative manufacturing techniques.
